We have established working relationships with a network of architects, engineers, and a variety of contractors and individual trades, and can help guide a client toward meeting their goals.  We also enjoy collaborating with clients that already have these teams in place.

A very special Thanks to Clients Steve and Prudy Handelman for entrusting us with their Upper East Mansion!  We enjoyed the chance to design the kitchen and baths… and help project manage the whole-house renovation.  This synergistic collaboration netted us a 2008 Santa Barbara Beautiful Award for the Historic Restoration category!.  We’re extra proud, because Steve is the famous designer behind www.stevenhandelmanstudios.com!
